Nintendo 3DS eStore and Internet Browser to be available at launch

Whilst previous reports have stated that the eShop and Internet Browser for the Nintendo 3DS weren’t set to be available for the system at launch, Nintendo has today confirmed otherwise.

Having contacted Nintendo, a spokesperson confirmed to Eurogamer that whilst neither the eStore or Internet Browser will be included within the handheld’s “initial firmware,” they will in fact be “updated on day one.”

The eStore will see users being able to download DSiWare, Game Boy classics, game demos, trailers and digital titles made exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.
