Square Enix has announced that nine games from the legendary Final Fantasy series will release on Nintendo Switch, news that was shared in this week’s Nintendo Direct presentation.
As expected, Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition HD is now available on the Nintendo eShop, with several other games to break their PlayStation console exclusivity for the first time.
That includes Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy IX, Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster and Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age. While the other games that are coming are World of Final Fantasy Maxima, Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Every Buddy! and, as announced earlier this week, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition.
