Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS doesn’t officially release in Japan until Saturday, but that hasn’t prevented players from receiving their copies early.
Some have taken to streaming sites to show their progress, which, as can be expected, has revealed numerous characters yet to be confirmed by Nintendo.
These include old favourites such as Ness, Falco, Dr. Mario, Ganondorf and Mr. Game & Watch, as well as newcomers like Dark Pit and Duck Hunt Dog. If you’d like to watch how they’re faring, then Hamayama’s Twitch stream is currently ongoing.
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS releases in Japan on Saturday 13th October, and in Europe and North America on October 3rd.
