Nintendo UK have today announced that the Official Nintendo Customer Support Centre has been launched.
This serves to provide a comprehensive service that is able to offer answers to any questions regarding Wii, Nintendo DS or Nintendo 3DS consoles, games or accessories.
It is also the home for Nintendo’s repair service, an initial inspection provided free of charge, which includes free shipping for a console or accessories.
Booking repairs is simplified through use of an online application form that includes pictures of all Nintendo products covered by the repair scheme for identification, with customers also sent postage labels as part of the free shipping service.
You’ll receive your product within seven days, those under warranty being returned for free complete with a new one-year warranty, also free of charge.
An online portal also grants advice for those with common queries relating to connecting to the internet, gameplay, or trouble with accessories, for instance. There is also a dedicated customer services team available to answer queries over the phone.
