Update: Nintendo have clarified that the black case was “created specially for Xenoblade Chronicles 3D,” as previously seen with Wii’s Pandora’s Tower in Europe.
Original: Nintendo of Europe have revealed how they will differentiate New Nintendo 3DS exclusive games at retailers, producing such titles in black cases.
Other differences echo those made by Nintendo of America, the usual Nintendo 3DS banner down the right-hand side being switched to the top, now reading “Only for New Nintendo 3DS.”
Xenoblade Chronicles 3D releases exclusively for New Nintendo 3DS in Europe on April 4th, and North America on April 10th.
