New Monster Hunter X Video reveals playable Palicoes

Capcom has released a new Monster Hunter X trailer to coincide with Tokyo Game Show 2015, revealing that Palicoes will be playable for the first time.

The Nintendo 3DS exclusive will boast a new ‘Nyanter Mode,’ which is a play on words involving ‘Hunter’ and ‘Nyan’ (Japanese for ‘cat’). Thise will play similarly to the core game, allowing players to explore, gather and battle against roaming monsters as a Palicoe – which were previously known as Felynes.

Tokyo Game Show 2015 will take place between Thursday 17th – Sunday 20th September at the Makuhari Messe in Tokyo. The publisher’s software lineup also includes Monster Hunter Diary: Poka Poka Airou Village DX, Monster Hunter Stories and Ace Attorney 6.

Monster Hunter X will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in Japan on November 28th.
