Zordix has shared a new gameplay trailer for Aqua Moto Racing Utopia, coinciding with the announcement that their jet-ski racer will be making waves on PlayStation 4.
Still destined for Wii U, it provides a 55-second look at how development at the Swedish studio is progressing. That’s packed with plenty of adrenaline-pumping tricks, witnessing the action in first and third-person viewpoints, swerving past checkpoints and soaring over ramps for some welcome airtime.
“We aim to bring that easy going and flowing control scheme from Aqua Moto Racing 3D for the Nintendo 3DS to a larger stage on the Nintendo Wii U. We feel that this game deserves the best possible tech and in the Wii U we get the chance to excel,” Zordix CEO Matti Larsson had shared when the water-based racer was announced last year.
“A budget several times larger than earlier games in the series has amongst other things enabled us to work on some new and revolutionising water tech to really w(h)et your appetite for the game!”
Aqua Moto Racing Utopia will see release for Wii U through the Nintendo eShop.
