Nakana.io and Barnaque have confirmed a release date for Infini on Nintendo Switch.
The Montreal-based developer has created an experience that is pitched as “both a surreal story-driven adventure and a puzzle game with mind-bending, perspective-shifting mechanics.”
You will lose yourself in Infinity but must never lose Hope. As Hope starts to drift deeper into Infinity, Reality starts to suffer. There doesn’t seem to be a way out, but Hope is doomed to carry on. You must challenge your mind to help him out.
Promising at least 8 hours of gameplay with more than 100 levels in 10 diverse worlds, you must manipulate the camera to change your perspective to discover new mazes, abilities and characters like Time War, Fatality and Technology.
“We are always striving to push limits and break boundaries with our narratives, gameplay and music. Our goal with Infini is to throw you into an unknown world of surprise,” explain Barnaque’s David Martin and Emeric Morin.
Nakana.io founder Mikaël Bourget adds: “We gather games that share a strong experience to remember. With Infini we are excited to present a title that manages to be both unique and captivating in all its aspects: gameplay, art and story.”
Infini will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 3rd July 2020.
