CoroCoro Comic promised that it would be a source for Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon news, and that has now become a reality after images have leaked online, snapped from the new issue.
The first is the unidentified Pokémon that was spotted in a trailer uploaded by the Japanese monthly manga magazine last month. This is Iwanko, which is Rock-type and known as the Puppy Pokémon. It can have Keen Eye, which prevents loss of accuracy and ignores any boosts to an opponent’s evasion. or Vital Spirit, that prevents the Pokémon being afflicted by sleep and Yawn, as its abilities.
The second is Nekkoala, that is Normal-type and is referred to as the Half Awake Pokémon. It will have the Definite Sleep ability, that will prevent it from being afflicted with any status effects aside from sleep.
CoroCoro has also indicated that Rowlett, Litten, Popplio and Iwanko will all hide a secret, although what this will precieely be is unclear at this point.
Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in North America, Australia and New Zealand on November 18th, and in Europe on November 23rd.
