Nintendo of America has sent selected My Nintendo members with invitations to attend The Nintendo Switch Preview Tour, which will run between Friday 13th January – Sunday 5th March 2017 across North America.
Reddit user crumpledpapr shared the email, which reads: “To thank you for being a loyal fan, we’d like to offer you a chance to try the Nintendo Switch system before it’s released. Look for an email from Eventbrite for the full details and be sure to register right away to save you spot (availability of tickets are on a first come, first served basis).”
Eventbrite has started distribution their emails, which reveal that The Nintendo Switch Preview Tour will visit the cities listed below:
- New York – Friday 13th – Sunday 15th January 2017
- Washington, D.C. – Friday 10th – Sunday 12th February 2017
- Chicago – Friday 17th – Sunday 19th February 2017
- Los Angeles – Friday 24th – Sunday 26th February 2017
- San Francisco – Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th March 2017
Friday and Saturday will be invite-only events, whereas any Sunday date is open to the public on a first come, first-served basis with no registration being required. Those that secure a place on an invite-only day may have the chance to bring a guest with them, depending on their ticket type.
Nintendo Switch will release worldwide in March 2017.
