“My Body is Ready” meme makes Pokémon X & Y appearance

Reggie Fils-Aime’s infamous meme has made its way into 3DS blockbusters Pokémon X and Pokémon Y.

“My body is ready” became synonymous with the Nintendo of America president since he first uttered it at E3 2007 before stepping on to the newly revealed Wii Balance Board.

Now, it has found its way into Game Freak’s latest, mentioned by an exasperated trainer who has made his way along Victory Road, which has long been the final test for Pokémon Trainers before challenging the Elite Four in the region.
