The Irregular Corporation and Mediatonic have confirmed a release date for Murder By Numbers on Nintendo Switch.

After TV detective show actress Honor Mizrahi is fired by her boss, he is found dead minutes later.

Now starring in her own real-life murder mystery, she must team up with SCOUT, a reconnaissance robot thrown away after a mysterious incident, as she sets out to clear her name.

This 90s-themed visual novel will challenge you to investigate cases and unearth clues with SCOUT’s sensors – cracking hidden nonograms to start piecing together the proof that you need.

That evidence can then be used to interrogate “weird and wonderful” characters – designed by Hato Moa (Hatoful Boyfriend) – across TV studios, glitzy award shows, drag clubs, and other locations, against a soundtrack from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Viewtiful Joe, Ghost Trick composer Masakazu Sugimori.

Murder By Numbers will release as a timed console exclusive on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 5th March 2020 priced at £11.99, with a 10 percent discount available until 11th March 2020.
