Ms. Marvel and Hawkeye have been revealed as playable characters in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, shared as part of Game Informer‘s exclusive coverage about the Nintendo Switch exclusive.
Hawkeye will be familiar to those that have read the Avengers comics or seen the master archer in action thanks to the expansive Marvel cinematic universe, where the character was portrayed by Jeremy Renner.
Wielding a bow and arrow, the hero returns in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order where he uses ranged attacks to deal damage from afar – with skills such as Piercing Shot, Scattershot, Shock Value, and Exploding Arrows.
Ms. Marvel is a lesser-known character, who, also known as Kamala Khan, has had her own comic book. She can use her shapeshifting powers to stretch and enlarge her body, obliterating her enemies with skills like Sweet Combo Attack, Super Face Kick, and Giant Foot Spinny Thing.
With the chance to assemble your dream team from an impressive cast of Super Heroes – which includes the ultimate cosmic protector, Captain Marvel – you must save the world with up to four players in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order. That can be in TV mode, or with four separate consoles locally or online.
In battle, the dynamic zoomed-in Heroic Camera will let you get closer to the action, and, as characters level up, they’ll learn new skills and can perform powerful Alliance Extreme attacks.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order will release exclusively for Nintendo Switch worldwide on July 19th.
