Mr. Shifty has been a more stylish addition to the Nintendo Switch game line-up, but, since release, many have complained about performance issues.

tinyBuild Games has been hard at work to address the “frame stutter and slowdowns,” with a software update on the way that will help you succeed in your teleportation-fueled heist to break into the world’s most secure facility.

“A compilation of Mr. Shifty’s upcoming performance patch running on a Nintendo Switch,” tinyBuild Games write in a video that shows their progress.

“Some users have experienced frame stutter and slowdowns when playing on Nintendo Switch, and this patch addresses that. If you’re experienced issues before the patch, please hard-reboot your Switch device. The patch will boost [the] overall performance of the game for everyone.”

The software update is still being finalised but is expected to enter submission soon, to be made available in the coming weeks.

Mr. Shifty is now available for Nintendo Switch on the Nintendo eShop worldwide.
