In the second piece of free content for Pokémon Black and White since Nintendo of Europe announced their plans last month, Pokéfans can now download an additional skin for your C-Gear.
Each C-Gear skin requires its own unique password, and you must log in to the Pokémon Global Link website to then enter it on the promotions page. This will then unlock the skin for you to apply in-game.
The Blastoise C-Skin is available between November 10th 2011 and March 22nd 2012 with the following password: EUPGL112011, and a Charizard C-Skin is also currently available until February 16th 2012.
