Gameloft has announced that Modern Combat Blackout will release on Nintendo Switch, a first-person action game that has been based on popular mobile release, Modern Combat 5.

You will have the chance to find the playstyle that suits you, with nine customizable classes in Assault, Bounty Hunter, Heavy, Kommander, Recon, Sapper, Sniper, Support, or X1-Morph.

These can be leveled in both the Spec Ops missions that will deploy you around the world in the single-player campaign or the multiplayer mode, where you can challenge other players online in Team Battle and Free-For-All matches.

“The Modern Combat franchise is the benchmark for FPS games on mobile since the first installment was released in 2009,” explains Gameloft game manager Carlos Zarate. “We’re thrilled to bring our successful Modern Combat franchise to Nintendo Switch players and have them discover a robust single and multiplayer experience.”

Modern Combat Blackout will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on February 14th, priced at $19.99.
