As promised last week, the Pokémon Trainer Club newsletter has provided another chance for players to receive Mew.
This is now live for those in Europe, Australia and New Zealand, with North America to soon follow, and is available to those with Pokémon Omega Ruby, Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y.
Be sure to remember that those who have already received the Mew that was distributed in February at select retailers, won’t be able to do so again.
The Mythical Pokémon is Level 100 and has the Synchronize ability, which, when burn, paralyze or poison are inflicted by another Pokémon, sees it inflict the same status condition on them in return. Beyond this, it will only know the Pound move.
How To Get Mew With A Special Code
1. Select Receive Gift, then Yes to confirm
2. Select Get With Code
3. Select Yes to confirm
4. Enter MEW2016, then watch as you receive your Pokémon
5. Speak to the delivery girl in any Pokémon Center to receive the Pokémon
6. Be sure to save your game!
