CIRCLE Entertainment has announced that Mercenaries Saga Chronicles will release on Nintendo Switch next month, a trilogy collection that tactical RPG fans will certainly want to pencil in their calendars.

There may be those that have played the second and third entries on Nintendo 3DS, but the collection will see the first game release on a console for the first time.

With Mercenaries Saga: Will of the White Lions, Mercenaries Saga 2: Order of the Silver Eagle, and Mercenaries Saga 3: Gray Wolves of War packaged together, players will collectively have 82 campaign chapters to conquer that lead to different routes and endings.

Free Battles present extra challenges and the chance to power-up characters, multiple difficulty settings will help make the collection more accessible to players of all skill levels, while items that can be bought and sold can be synthesised into more powerful gear.

For Nintendo Switch, each game has been redesigned to fit a 16:9 resolution, while system improvements introduced in Mercenaries Saga 3 – such as Hate display and minion summoning skills – have now been implemented in the first two games.

Mercenaries Saga Chronicles will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch in February.
