Mega Sableye has been revealed for Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire today, announced by The Pokémon Company president Tsunekazu Ishihara during the Nintendo Kids Conference at E3 2014.
First discovered in the Hoenn region, the game’s locale, Sableye is a Dark and Ghost-type Pokémon. During Mega Evolution, all of the Pokémon’s energy is concentrated into the jewel that adorns its chest, which swells and then detaches from its body. This is then used as a powerful defensive tool in battle, behind which it can readily exploit enemy weaknesses.
Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire will release in North America on November 21st, and Europe on November 28th.
