Meet The Trainers For The Pokkén Tournament Early Access Competition Finals

Nintendo of America has revealed the professional trainers that have been recruited to coach the regional Pokkén Tournament Early Access Competition winners.

They will descend on the Nintendo NY store in New York on Thursday 17th March, competing in the finals with the two winners earning themselves a Wii U, Pokkén Tournament and travel awards to the 2016 Pokémon US National Championships in Columbus, Ohio between Friday 1st – Sunday 3rd July.

The trainers are Justin Wong, Eric “Esam” Lew, Reepal “RIP” Parbhoo, Will “DK Will” Walsh, Justin Flynn, Shaun “Fab” Swain, Nairoby Quezada and “Tasty Steve” Scott, and you can learn more about them in the video below.

The finals will be streamed on Twitch, which will broadcast from 1pm PT (4pm ET) on Thursday.

Pokkén Tournament will launch exclusively for Wii U worldwide on March 18th.
