Klabater and V5 Play Studio have revealed that May’s Mysteries: The Secret of Dragonville will release on Nintendo Switch later this year.

Originally released for Nintendo DS and PC back in 2011, the Professor Layton-inspired puzzle-adventure game went on to sell more than 100,000 copies around the world.

You will have the chance to follow May, an intelligent and charismatic girl, who sets out on a quest to find her missing brother. As you search mysterious locations for clues about what happened to him, you will meet interesting characters who will help you in your journey.

The game’s hand-drawn storyline has now been remastered for Nintendo’s portable home console, coming packed with four worlds and 80 locations to explore that will confront you with more than 270 brain-teasing logic, hidden object and rhythmic puzzles.

“May’s Mysteries: The Secret of Dragonville debuted in great style on Nintendo DS and PC receiving superb reception and fantastic scores both in media and among the players,” explains Klabater Joint-CEO Michal Gembicki.

“We know that many gamers who love story-driven puzzle games are waiting impatiently for other consoles edition and we are doing our best to smoothly transit the game. We are excited that so many new players will have a chance to check May’s Mysteries: The Secret of Dragonville.”

V5 Play Studio owner Vladimir Djuric adds: “The new partnership with Klabater marks an exciting new venture for us at Studio V5. We are excited about the current console developments and porting of May’s Mysteries: The Secret of Dragonville, and believe this collaboration will continue to allow us to serve our fans with the games and content they love.”

May’s Mysteries: The Secret of Dragonville will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2021.
