Masquerada: Songs and Shadows will soon see release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but it will soon find a home on another platform, too.

Kitsuga reports that developer Witching Hour Studios are porting their tactical RPG to Nintendo Switch, scheduled to release later in the year.

It is set in a city-state whose people don’t believe in the afterlife, and where only the rich and powerful are granted the privilege of being remembered after their passing.

It has been five years since Gavar was exiled, but Cicero has now been allowed to return home in exchange for investigating the disappearance of an old friend who had been researching the Mascherines – magical masks that grant extraordinary powers.

Journeying with four companions, your investigation will take you through a civil war and a mystical, ancient history full of intrigue and tragedy.

Brought to life with a voice acting cast that includes Felicia Day, Matt Mercer, Jennifer Hale, Dave Fennoy and Ashly Burch, players will fight across battlefields with three distinct classes, the Elemental Tag system, skill modifiers, and an eye for positioning – in flanking your enemies.

Masquerada: Songs and Shadows will see release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch in Q4 2017.
