Marvelous has announced that they will expand your Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson playtime with Add-On Content.
These are planned as part of the Nintendo 3DS exclusive’s post-launch support, which will see three ‘Additional Chapter’ packs and one ‘Character’ pack steadily release between launch until October.
The first will be available from launch, and will add Murasame as a playable character. Those that played Senran Kagura Burst and still have the save data on their Nintendo 3DS can import their save to unlock this for free, whereas it can be purchased otherwise.
Meanwhile, the Additional Chapter packs – ‘Waist Deep’, ‘Hipster’ and ‘Busticated’ – will each contain five missions, and add new weapons, illustrations, backgrounds, clothes and hairstyles.
‘Waist Deep’ will follow Mirai as she infects the Senran Kagura cast with an ailment in her quest for a bigger bust, while ‘Hipster’ will cast you in an alternate reality where Hanzo battle against a world dominating HEBIJO. Lastly, ‘Busticated’ will trace Asuka and Mirai’s quest to achieve their dream bust sizes, and promises a modifier unlock in the Dressing Room upon completion.
Each Add-On Content pack will be priced at £4.49 (€4.99), with the release schedule as follows:
27th August 2015: Murasame Character Add-On Content
3rd September 2015: ‘Waist Deep’ Additional Chapter & Items
17th September 2015: ‘Hipster’ Additional Chapter & Items
1st October 2015: ‘Busticated’ Additional Chapter & Items
Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson launches exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in Europe and Australia on August 27th, and will be published by XSEED Games in North America.
