The Pokémon Company has announced that GameStop will handle a Marshadow distribution event that is set to run at participating stores in October.
The newly discovered Mythical Pokémon will soon step out from the shadows, those that head to their local store receiving a serial code that will let them unlock Marshadow in their Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon copy.
The event runs from Monday 9th – Monday 23rd October 2017 and will be the first chance to obtain the only known Fighting and Ghost-type Pokémon.
When Marshadow attacks its body turns green thanks to its burning fighting spirit, and the Level 50 Mythical Pokémon that you will receive has its signature attack move – Spectral Thief – that deals damage and steals the stat boosts from whoever it targets.
It will also come holding its special Z-Crystal, Marshadium Z, that will let it unleash its signature Soul-Stealing 7-Star Strike Z-Move. Marshadow will also have the Technician ability, as well as the moves Close Combat, Force Palm, and Shadow Ball.
How To Get Marshadow in Pokémon Sun and Moon
1. Select Mystery Gift on the main menu.
2. Select Receive Gift.
3. Select Get with Code/Password, then Yes, and then Yes again to connect to the internet.
4. Enter your password.
5. Watch as you receive Marshadow.
6. Speak to the delivery person in any Pokémon Center to pick up Marshadow.
7. Be sure to save your game!
