Mario Kart Arcade Grand Prix Deluxe trailer races in

Whilst the world waits for Mario Kart 8, arcade goers in Japan have been able to pass the time more easily through enjoying the arrival of Namco Bandai’s Mario Kart Arcade Grand Prix Deluxe.

This latest trailer shows the rest of us what we’re missing, including a game mode in which two-players can seemingly work co-operatively – turning their karts into a tank from which they can blast opponents. It certainly looks crazy.

Mario Kart Arcade Grand Prix Deluxe is now playable in arcades across Japan, with no word on a western release.
