With Mario Kart 8 Deluxe nearing release, those that are looking to make a digital purchase on the Nintendo eShop may be left wondering about the kart racer’s download size.
Well, we now have an answer thanks to Amazon.de. The online retailer has shared the download code card for the Nintendo Switch exclusive, which reveals that the game will require 6.75 GB while adding that “additional storage may be needed on your console for installation or software updates.”
For comparison’s sake Nintendo list that Mario Kart 8 on Wii U requires 8.2 GB, with that file size not factoring in downloadable content.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will release exclusively for Nintendo Switch worldwide on April 28th.
