If you’re an enthusiastic Pokemon fan, beware! A man is currently being held in jail having been charged for leaking the identity of three new-additions to the Pokemon series ahead of the Japanese release of Pokemon Black/ White on September 18th.

Makoto Sekiguchi was reportedly arrested on September 1st, having used his mobile phone to upload six pictures of the three Pokemon, which, at the time, had been unrevealed to the public. Police were then able to track him down, and he is now being held on charges of copyright infringement.

As of yet it is undetermined as to whether Sekiguchi will be fined, or sentenced to stay in jail.
