Microïds has announced that Syberia will see release on Nintendo Switch next month, that will see mammoth trails soon lead you to the mythical island.
The game, which developer Koalabs has ported to the hybrid console, first saw release on PC back in 2002, with plans for the whole trilogy to see release on Nintendo Switch over time.
It starts Kate Walker’s adventures, a young New York lawyer who is sent to deal with the sale of an old automaton factory in the French Alps.
That simple task will change her life forever, soon exploring Eastern Europe with a peculiar automaton called Oscar. Together they discover incredible places filled with remarkable characters before meeting the genius inventor Hans Voralberg, tracing the trail of the last mammoths to reach Syberia – the mythical island that holds the last piece of the puzzle to the sale, and complete Kate’s mission.
Syberia will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on October 20th.
