Nintendo has confirmed a release date for its upcoming Talking Flower product, which promises to “add a little fun to your day.”
When left to speak freely, the Talking Flower will speak roughly twice every hour, or you can press the button to make it speak whenever you like. Pressing the button repeatedly will let you hear special phrases, and, whenever you both need a breather, holding the button will stop it talking for a while.
With the ability to set the Talking Flower to speak at a certain time of the day, it can either greet you when you wake up or send you to sleep with a smile. The device can even sense how cold or warm it is, or when its battery is running low.
The Talking Flower can speak in 11 languages, which include English, Italian, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), German, Portuguese (Brazil), Dutch, French, Japanese, Chinese and Korean.
Priced at £24.99, the Talking Flower will be made available through the My Nintendo Store and select retailers around the world on 12 March 2026.
