Nintendo have confirmed that Lucas, announced in April’s Nintendo Direct, will enter the battle in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS on June 14th.
MOTHER 3’s main character first joined Nintendo’s mascot fighter in Wii’s Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and, while similar to EarthBound hero Ness, he relies far more on his PSI powers to claim victory.
Lucas, as an additional downloadable content character, will be priced at £3.59 on Wii U and Nintendo 3DS or you can purchase a bundle for both versions at £4.49.
Nintendo have also confirmed that the Inkling Wig + Inkling Outfit (For Gunner) will release on the same day, as well as the Inkling Squid Hat (For All Types). These will be available for £0.69 each on Wii U and 3DS, or £1.09 when purchased as a bundle.
