NIS America and Game Freak have announced a delay to the release date for Little Town Hero: Big Idea Edition on Nintendo Switch.

This physical edition will now see release in North America on 23rd June, across Europe on 26th June, and in Oceania on 3rd July 2020.

It will include a copy of the game, the “Life in the Village” Art Book, an “Izzit? Dazzit!” Poster, a “Defender Duo” Lapel Pin Set, the “Town Tunes” Official Soundtrack, and a Collector’s Box.

Little Town Hero is a RPG set in an isolated village on the edge of the world that exists in peace under the protection of a nearby castle.

The only gate that leads outside is heavily guarded by a castle, and the villagers are not allowed to leave. While the villagers don’t give it a second thought, the protagonist longs to see the world outside.

When a monster appears in the village, everyone is shocked as, up until then, they didn’t know that such creatures existed.

Thanks to a mysterious red stone that he found in the coalmines, the protagonist is able to fight it. And, as he defends the village, he gradually unravels the stone’s secrets and how the monsters came to be.

The whole story takes place in the village, which you must defend from the monsters that invade it. With battle commands to select to topple your enemies, you can also gather support from townspeople to help you out.

Little Town Hero is now available on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
