Microids and Ocellus Studio have announced that Marsupilami: Hoobadventure is coming to Nintendo Switch.
Taking inspiration from the fictional animal that first appeared in André Franquin’s Spirou & Fantasio comic book series, this 2.5D platformer promises to take you on a colourful journey through the Palombian forest.
Playing as three Marsupilamis – Punch, Twister and Hope – their peaceful lives take a drastic turn when they accidentally open a sarcophagus and release a mysterious ghost that starts cursing all the animals.
Immune to the curse, the trio set out on an adventure to reverse it – jumping, punching, dashing and swinging their way through the jungle, a coastal city and an abandoned temple.
Those looking to heighten the challenge can participate in the Time Attack mode, while an artwork gallery will be unlocked for those that collect hidden feathers and uncover the game’s secret dojos.
Marsupilami: Hoobadventure will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 16th November 2021.
