LEVEL-5 have unveiled the latest trailer for their forthcoming Nintendo 3DS release, Time Travelers.
The title’s storyline begins a few years in the future, when a mysterious hole, known only as the “Lost Hole”, appears above Tokyo followed shortly by an explosion. Central Tokyo is obliterated, and many lives are lost in the process.
We then jump eighteen years into the future to 4/28/2031, where Tokyo has become a futuristic city with holographic signs adorning its streets and a tall building called the “Space Elevator” rises from Tokyo Bay that serves as a power source for the city.
It sounds intriguing enough, yet is still unconfirmed for a western release.
Time Travelers is due to release during 2012, and will also hit both PlayStation Vita and PlayStation Portable.
