Nintendo of America’s Reggie Fils-Aime closed today’s Nintendo Digital Event by launching a charity drive to raise money for Operation Smile.

Let’s Super Mario encourages you to celebrate Super Mario’s 30th anniversary by creating a personal video tribute in which you demonstrate your love for the legendary series and Nintendo’s portly plumber.

The videos should be submitted through Nintendo’s dedicated website, and may be selected to be shared. Regardless of whether it’s through song, dance or reliving favourite moments, Nintendo want to showcase your creativity.

Nintendo’s mission has always been to put smiles on the faces of those that experience their products, and their share of any ad revenue generated from the videos will be put toward a donation that Nintendo will make to Operation Smile.
