Fictions and The LEGO Group have confirmed a release date for their “wildly fun multiplayer party game” LEGO Party, which is coming to Nintendo Switch.
From developer SMG Studio, whether playing solo, locally with friends and family or online with cross-platform multiplayer for up to four players, the gameplay experience promises “non-stop action, humour, surprises, and hours and hours of play, all crafted through the medium of the beloved LEGO brick.”
After customising your minifigure, you will compete in 60 minigames to earn coveted Golden Bricks before your rivals get them first. With wacky Challenge Zones, the fun-for-all party game has plucked its content from some of the most iconic and unforgettable LEGO sets like LEGO Pirates, LEGO Space and LEGO Ninjago.
“We’re excited to share that players do not have to wait much longer to experience the fun in LEGO Party!” enthuses Fictions executive producer Evan Icenbice. “This game captures the playful spirit and creativity that the LEGO Group is known for, in a new multiplayer experience. We can’t wait to see players of all ages come together to enjoy the game when it launches on September 30.”
LEGO Party will be released at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 30 September 2025.
