The LEGO Group has revealed the LEGO Mario Kart Luigi & Mach 8 Set as the latest addition to its ever-expanding LEGO Super Mario products.
Priced at £159.99 ($179.99), the set has been designed for builders aged 18 and up and includes 2,234 pieces that will let you create Luigi and the Mach 8 brick-by-brick.
Seen as an obvious counterpart to the LEGO Mario Kart Mario & Standard Kart set, the buildable Luigi figure has a posable head, arms and hands, which can be sat behind the large-scale LEGO brick recreation of the Mach 8 kart.
“Builders can display the kart on its stand at dynamic, race-ready angles, capturing the excitement of a Mario Kart showdown mid-drift,” The LEGO Group explain in a press release.
“For added interactivity, the model can also be removed from its stand and rolled forward. Turning the steering wheel turns the front wheels, and turning the back wheels will spin the flame exhaust, allowing for a playful movement alongside static display.”
The LEGO Mario Kart Luigi & Mach 8 set is now available to pre-order and will be released through the official LEGO website, LEGO Stores and retailers worldwide on 1 April 2026.
