The German Entertainment Software Self-Regulation Body (USK) has issued a rating for Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy Deluxe Edition on Nintendo Switch, the puzzler looking soon set to release on the portable home console.

That rating was filed on 30th January 2019, meaning that news should be imminent. This is the same game as Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy on Nintendo 3DS, that, unsurprisingly, now lets you play in TV mode with button input or to use the touchscreen in Handheld mode.

We enjoyed our time with the Nintendo 3DS version, writing in our review: “Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy may have a new detective on its cover but still delivers the same experience we’ve come to know and love of the series. The puzzles may not be as strong, nor the story as satisfying, but there’s still fun to be had here for any problem solver out there looking for another chance to test their brain once more.”

Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy DX is now available for Nintendo Switch in Japan.
