During today’s LEVEL-5 Vision 2013 event, Layton 7 has been confirmed for iOS, Android and Nintendo 3DS.
Artwork was shown for the project, although with a distinct lack of a certain professor and his companions, with Akihiro Hino soon providing a brief demonstration in which he navigated around a 3D town which had inhabitants wandering its streets.
Hino recently expressed his desire for the series to continue, although early footage shows that it is quite the departure from the formula that fans have come to expect.
Beyond that there wasn’t much information, but we’ll keep you posted as more surfaces.
