The Pokémon Company International has announced that Latias and Latios will join the fray in Pokémon UNITE next month, helping to commemorate the game’s fourth anniversary.
The Eon Pokémon were first introduced in Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire, and will compete in Aeos Island’s battle arenas from Thursday 21 July 2025.
“To celebrate the 4th Anniversary, Latias and Latios will be joining the fray!” the company confirmed on social media. “Stay tuned for more information on their participation, along with other details soon!”
Pokémon UNITE is now available digitally as a free download on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch, for iOS devices on the App Store and for Android devices through Google Play.
