Latest Pokémon game revealed

The latest issue of monthly Japanese manga magazine CoroCoro has landed in the paws of subscribers, revealing the first details regarding Nintendo’s latest Pokémon game.

PokéPark 2: Beyond the World is a sequel to last year’s PokéPark Wii: Pikachu’s Adventure release for Wii, and will feature four-player multiplayer. It’s due to release in Japan this Winter, and will therefore most likely see a western release next year.

With excitement buzzing around a forthcoming Pokémon announcement from Nintendo this week, this is certainly set to receive a mixed reaction by fans. Although there is still opportunity for surprise, and the Nintendo 3DS event is the perfect reason to expect them. We’ll keep you posted!
