Capcom has announced that its action game Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess will launch alongside Nintendo Switch 2.

Step into the shoes of Soh, the brave protector tasked with defending the sacred Maiden Yoshiro against relentless waves of otherworldly creatures known as the Seethe. Command rescued villagers and wield their strength as you explore, purify, strategize, and prepare your defenses through unrelenting day and night cycles. The publisher has outlined brand new features it has added to the Nintendo Switch 2 port, which include:
- Adventure On-the-Go: Take the world of Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess with you wherever you go. With the Nintendo Switch 2, experience the thrilling adventure on-the-go in handheld mode, tabletop mode, or TV mode.
- Control Reimagined: Enhanced for Nintendo Switch 2 with multiple ways to play – including mouse and gyro controls.
- A New Challenge: New extra content called “Otherworldly Venture” will be introduced with this release for a fresh new experience on top of the base game. This will be a free update that will also be available for existing platforms!
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide on 5 June 2025.
