Capcom has announced that it will celebrate Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess‘ one-year anniversary next month with a free retro-styled gift.
To thank those who have supported the game, a free update will add the Yashichi Waves Mazo Talisman that, when equipped as an accessory, remixes select tracks of the game’s music into “8-bit flair.”
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess offers a mystical journey in which cunning tactics and kagura sword dancing collide in a whirlwind of intense strategy and action.
Step into the shoes of Soh, the brave protector tasked with defending the sacred Maiden Yoshiro against relentless waves of otherworldly creatures known as the Seethe. The publisher has outlined brand new features it has added to the Nintendo Switch 2 port, which include:
- Adventure On-the-Go: Take the world of Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess with you wherever you go. With the Nintendo Switch 2, experience the thrilling adventure on-the-go in handheld mode, tabletop mode, or TV mode.
- Control Reimagined: Enhanced for Nintendo Switch 2 with multiple ways to play – including mouse and gyro controls.
- A New Challenge: New extra content called “Otherworldly Venture” will be introduced with this release for a fresh new experience on top of the base game. This will be a free update that will also be available for existing platforms!
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is now available digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide.
