Nintendo of America has shared a new video for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, once again confirming that Koroks will make an appearance in Link’s next adventure.

The small creatures had first appeared in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, where they were responsible for planting the Great Deku Tree’s seeds. They returned to the Forest Haven once a year for the Korok Ceremony, when the Great Deku Tree bore more seeds for them to plant. It was here that Link met Makar, who, with his leaf violin, was destined to become the Sage of Wind.

Once Kokiri, when Hyrule had been transformed into the Great Sea they chose to assume a more plant-like appearance. Their presence in Breath of the Wild is so far unexplained, but, hidden around Hyrule, Link can receive items from them once they are discovered.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will release exclusively for Nintendo NX and Wii U in 2017.
