Kooloo-Limpah! Did You Know Gaming? has covered Tingle, exploring everything about the thirty-five-year-old character that was first introduced to the world in The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask.
His creation came in response to wanting a character that would sell Link maps, which grew into someone that would float around the air so that they could draw the land around them.
The video goes on to discuss the Tingle Tuner in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, and how it was replaced with the Tingle Bottle in The Wind Waker HD. It moves on to cameo appearances in The Legend of Zelda series, and how Tingle soon made an appearance as a playable character in Hyrule Warriors – released as downloadable content.
He also went on to star in his own games, such as Tingle’s Balloon Fight, the Too Much Tingle Pack, Freshly-Picked Tingle’s Rosy Rupeeland, and Ripened Tingle’s Balloon Trip of Love. Nintendo producer Kensuke Tanabe has shared a desire to make another Tingle game, although, so far, that hasn’t come to exist just yet.
