Raw Fury, Noio and Coatsink have announced that Kingdom Two Crowns will release on Nintendo Switch next month, the next game in the 2D sidescrolling strategy and resource management series.

You will once again play as a king or queen who, riding their horse, must enter a procedurally generated realm to build a kingdom. That will see you throw gold to peasants to turn them into your loyal subjects, who will then help your kingdom flourish.

There will also be a new Japan-inspired setting that, dubbed Kingdom Two Crowns: Shogun, will reimagine the medieval backdrop and fill the land with new NPCs, strategies and sense of mystery – with more settings to come post-launch.

You can also look forward to managing your kingdom with a friend in couch co-op multiplayer, and potentially, as it is currently being explored, online multiplayer as well.

Kingdom Two Crowns will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on December 11th.
