Now that the Celebi distribution has come to a close, Wish Pokémon Jirachi has now become available on Nintendo Network to those with Pokémon Omega Ruby, Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, Pokémon X, or Pokémon Y.
This will run until Sunday 24th April 2016, allowing players to receive the Steel and Psychic-type Mythical Pokémon. In order to obtain Jirachi, players will need access to a Wi-Fi connection and the Nintendo Network on their New Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS or Nintendo 2DS.
Jirachi is Level 100 and has the Serene Grace ability, which doubles the chance of a move having an additional affect. It will have the moves Wish, Confusion and Rest – the three moves that it had when it had first debuted.
The new Pokémon TCG: Mythical Pokémon Collection — Jirachi is also now available, which includes a special Jirachi promo card, two Pokémon TCG: Generations booster packs and a Pokémon TCG Online code card.
How To Get Mythical Pokémon via Nintendo Network
- Select Receive Gift on the Main Menu, then Yes to confirm
- Select Get Via Internet, then Yes
- Speak to the delivery girl in any Pokémon Center to receive the Pokémon
- Remember to save your game!
