Nintendo’s global president Satoru Iwata has stated that today’s Wii U Direct will be “a bit different” than regular presentations.
“This time, the plan is a bit different from a regular Direct, in that I’ll be talking about what kind of Wii U titles and services Nintendo is developing,” Iwata wrote (as translated by Cheesemeister on NeoGAF).
This “global edition,” which will stream simultaneously across North America, Europe and Japan, has been confirmed to showcase “future Wii U software and services” from Nintendo.
