Square Enix has released Inside Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster, a featurette video that explores the secrets behind each game’s development.
In interviews with producer Yoshinori Kitase, Final Fantasy X event director and Final Fantasy X-2 director Motomu Toriyama, Final Fantasy X art director Yusuke Naora, and Final Fantasy X event main programmer Takashi Katano, you can learn behind-the-scenes anecdotes about the fan-favorite Japanese role-playing game.
Final Fantasy X follows the story of superstar Blitzball player Tidus, whose fate becomes intertwined with the young summoner Yuna as she sets out on a pilgrimage to save the world of Spira from an endless cycle of destruction.
Whereas Final Fantasy X-2 returns players to Spira two years later. When Yuna is shown a mysterious but familiar image in a sphere, she becomes a Sphere Hunter and, with her companions Rikku and Paine, travel the world to uncover answers to the mystery within.
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is now available for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
