Inside Final Fantasy VIII Remastered Video Explores The Game’s Development

Square Enix has released Inside Final Fantasy VIII Remastered, a featurette video that explores the secrets behind the game’s development.

In interviews with director Yoshinori Kitase, producer Shinji Hashimoto, and art director Yusuke Naora, you can learn behind-the-scenes anecdotes about the Japanese role-playing game’s creation and inspirations.

In Final Fantasy VIII Remastered, under the influence of the sorceress Edea the military nation of Galbadia has declared war on the Dukedom of Dollet, who must hire the mercenary force, SeeD.

Squall Leonhart, a new member of SeeD, together with his friends and Rinoa Heartilly, a member of a resistance group, get pulled into the war, unaware of their fated task to save the world.

Final Fantasy VIII Remastered is now available on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
