Ubisoft has teamed up with CLM BBDO to produce an epic animated trailer for Immortals Fenyx Rising to celebrate the game’s upcoming launch.
The short animation sees Fenyx battle mythical creatures such as the Minotaur, Cyclops and Griffin, using the Sword of Achilles, Axe of Atalanta and Bow of Odysseus to defeat the monsters one after another.
In the Ubisoft Quebec-developed action-adventure game you play as Fenyx, a new winged demigod on a quest to save the Greek gods, lift a dark curse from their home and defeat Typhon, the deadliest Titan in Greek mythology.
Blessed with the wings of Daidalos, the sword of Achilles, the bow of Odysseus and more, you must use your legendary powers in this epic tale for the ages. You will need them to fight legendary beasts such as Cyclops, Medusa or Minotaur, as well as to confront corrupted heroes like Achilles.
Promised to be a “fresh and witty take on the open-world action-adventure genre,” you will be able to traverse, climb or explore by air seven regions that are each inspired by the gods.
That will require you to solve challenging puzzles and “mind-bending” vaults or topple bosses for the chance to increase your power and upgrade your skills.
Immortals Fenyx Rising will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 3rd December 2020.
